Most cases settle without a trial. Understanding why this was so, and why it is often in the best interest of all involved led Judge Robinson to establish this Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice. She is now an active member of the ADR community in Connecticut, having completed the prestigious certification Mediation program at Quinnipiac Law School’s Dispute Resolution Center.

Her experience as a well-known and respected jurist, is complemented by her years as a practicing plaintiff’s trial attorney at a nationally renowned plaintiff’s law firm, and as a litigation partner with a defense practice at nationally, mid-sized multi-state law firm. Judge Robinson brings to ADR a unique perspective, which will assist litigants from all walks of like in resolving their matters.
Judge Robinson uses a variety of approaches, applying the core principles of fairness, equity and inclusion to litigation matters at all stages. She also offers pre-litigation interventions and independent investigations.
