Mediation is a non-adversarial ADR process through which the parties retain the power to resolve their dispute. Applying a variety of approaches, Judge Robinson will guide the parties in the process using one of the approaches listed below:
- Facilitative Mediation
- Evaluative Mediation
- Neutral Evaluation
- Facilitated Settlement Negotiations
Fees:
$1,500 for half-day ( up to four hours, excluding preparation and travel); and $3,000 for full day (up to eight hours, excluding preparation and travel)
